Dimension Welcomes New Executives to the Team
We’re thrilled to introduce four new senior team members, hot on the heels of the launch of DNEG 360 and the debut of our two new virtual production studios in London and Rome.
Our new hires include Mark Bustard and Ben Lumsden who join the team as Executive Producers, Jo Fletcher Manawa as Head of Operations, and George Murphy who has joined as Creative Director.
The new team members each bring unique expertise to fulfil our offering of end-to-end, production services including virtual humans, visualisation, virtual production, content creation, and development services.
The hires are a key part of our investment in creative new production techniques for feature films, episodic series, live events, advertising, music videos, immersive entertainment, and beyond. Meet our four new team members.
Mark Bustard, Executive Producer
With over two decades of experience in the live events industry, Mark Bustard joins us from his recent role as Managing Director at nvisble Agency. His expertise includes working with legendary promoter Harvey Goldsmith to provide white label project management and production services for global events including Live Nation, Glastonbury Festival, and Ultra Music Festivals Worldwide.
Ben Lumsden, Executive Producer
Bringing extensive knowledge of the virtual production landscape, Ben Lumsden takes on the role of Executive Producer to lead major productions within DNEG 360. Having previously managed Andy Serkis’ Imaganairum Studios, Ben’s credits include Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Avengers: Age of Ultron and the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of The Tempest. Most recently, Ben spent the last six years with Epic Games, leading the ever-expanding use of Unreal Engine in film and episodic.
Jo Fletcher Manawa, Head of Operations
Head of Operations, Jo, has a background spanning live events and the film industry. With previous experience in stage managing events at iconic venues like Wembley and the O2, Jo has also overseen managing large global teams for film projects, including The Lion King (winning a VES Award in 2019) and House of the Dragon (2022).
George Murphy, Creative Director
Completing our lineup of senior hires is award-winning Visual Effects and Look Supervisor, George Murphy. With an impressive career including winning an Oscar, BAFTA, and multiple Emmys and Clios, George brings thirty years of expertise in visual storytelling to his new role as Creative Director.
